So why do you need a gun in a hotel? Especially a hotel in “gun free” (Formerly Great) Britain? Because things like this happen.

A hotel was evacuated after a gunman reportedly entered the building and made threats to a member of staff.

Kent Police said the man went into the Hythe Imperial Hotel in Princess Parade, Hythe, at about 10:30 BST on Friday reportedly armed with a gun.

Gun control doesn’t stop criminals from having guns. It just stops decent folks from having a chance to defend themselves.
